Whitney Leavitt, a social media personality and reality television star, has recently announced her Broadway debut as Roxie in the musical Chicago, where she will give a performance. Her [Leavitt] big break was in the reality television series Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives. On top of that she was also a Star on season 34 of Dancing With The Stars; where she will soon see her name in bright lights.

This TV show showcases the women of the Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints Church and how they want to change the patriarchal traditions of the church. The show brought up lots of controversial issues that blew up on social media and drew lots of attention to MomTok.
The stars of the Hulu original Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives were graciously given the opportunity to audition to be contestants on Season 34 of Dancing With The Stars. Two out of the nine moms, Jen Affleck and Whitney Leavitt on the show, got the part on Dancing With the Stars. Whitney Leavitt partnered up with Mark Ballas, a renowned winning pro on the show. This partnership automatically gave Leavitt a step up from the rest of the competition, especially since she has Bachelors Degree in Fine Arts with and emphasis in modern dance from Brigham Young University.
Through the duration of Dancing With The Stars, Whitney Leavitt was a fan favorite. She was arguably the best dancer on the show, scoring very high scores week after week. In her post dance interviews, Leavitt would get asked questions about what her plans in dance were after the show ended and what her goals were. To this question, Whitney Leavitt had the same consistent answer. “I would love to [be on Broadway]. I definitely need to take some singing lessons before that happens.”
Luckily, just about a month or so after Dancing With The Stars came to a close, on December 1, 2025, Leavitt officially signed her agreement to portray Roxie in the professional performance, Chicago. The agreement is for her to start on Broadway for a short six-week engagement running from early-February to mid-March. As of now, the moms on the Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives are still posting content and appear to be very supportive of Whitney Leavitt embarking on the new chapter of her life.
