Willem Wonsang’s face has appeared on wanted posters across New Hampshire and Massachusetts. US Marshals can not find this violent man and do not know where to turn. With his first charges of burglary being from 2018, Wonsang has been in hiding for months and is nowhere to be found. However, he was last known to reside in Manchester, NH in December of 2019, as Patch.com tells us.

Wonsang is facing multiple charges across many towns in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He was charged with first degree assault, two second degree assault charges, and two burglary charges, and failed to appear  in court in September of 2018. One month later, he was convicted on a reckless conduct charge. In March of 2019, he was accused with felony bail jumping in Newport, and a warrant for his arrest was issued in February of 2019.

Now that the public has been asked to help search for this man, it’s imperative to have his description. With information provided by The US Marshals, Wonsang has been described as 45 years old, standing at 5 feet 8 inches tall. He is estimated at about 170 pounds and has brown eyes and black hair. He has many tattoos, such as crosses on his right hand, a cobra on his right shoulder, and other miscellaneous tattoos on his wrist.

While NH state police, NH task forces, and the US Marshals have asked the public to help with the search, it is important to listen to deputy Marshal Jeffery White when he says Wonsang has “Violent tendencies” due to past incidents where he has attempted robbery, threatened to kill his victims, and had beat them. It is important to follow the recommendations given and to both be on the lookout, but do it safely.

The populations of New Hampshire and Massachusetts need to continue to be on the lookout for wanted criminal Willem Wonsang. Police have had no luck in months and need help now more than ever because he is still on the loose. He may be violent, but turning him in will result in increased public safety. If one comes across any information,it is recommended to listen to the following message from local officers: Do not attempt to apprehend this person yourself. Report any information to the nearest USMS district office at (603) 225-1632, or call 1-877-WANTED-2.
