The Bruins Amazing Season

The Boston Bruins are having the season of a lifetime. They are breaking records and making history left and right. The season isn’t over yet and they are on the road to a perfect ending.

The Bruins are the fastest team to 50 wins and 100 points in NHL history and are on pace for 62 wins by the end of the season stated by ESPN. The current record for the most wins in a season is 62 which is held by the Detroit Red Wings.

Sidney Crosby, captain of the Pittsburg Penguins, said to TSN, “Amazing, to see the league as tight as it is, and then to see them doing what they’re doing, it’s even more impressive”.

TSN stated that the numbers that the Bruins have right now mean that the Eastern conference powerhouse is making history on an even bigger scale. The Bruins were ranked 14th in the preseason powerhouse rankings as stated by ESPN but are now number 1 in the standings for this season. After head coach Bruce Cassidy was fired, Jim Mongomery had big shoes to fill. It has been shown to everyone who has watched this team play that he is doing a fine job leading this team to victory this season.

Other teams in the NHL are shocked and frustrated with how well the Bruins are doing. Buffalo Sabres defenseman Rasmus Dahlin told TSN that it is “Mentally frustrating” to play against a team that doesn’t seem to make mistakes.

Written on Gaming Today it is said that through the Draft Kings bets, the Bruins are the team predicted to win the Stanley cup this year. The Bruins haven’t won the cup since 2011 and every fan in the nation is rooting for their victory.

Although the season is not quite over yet, the Bruins are easily the biggest competition in the league, and every team is doing everything they can to beat them and win the Cup for themselves.
