Tryna get a pump? Go to HHF. Hampstead Health and Fitness is a gym located in East Hampstead, New Hampshire that is full of equipment and free weights. Open 24 hours, seven days a week, you can go and get a workout in, no matter how slammed your schedule is. 

What does HHF have to offer? They have a kids gym to bring your children to while you workout on the main workout floor. Along with trainers that can give you workout plans to help you keep with your goals and teach you correct form on your exercises. HHF is equipped with mostly everything you need, along with a core room, turf room, and a large cardio deck with plenty of machines. 

The big question is how much does all of this cost? A single membership costs around fifty dollars. Which is somewhat reasonable due to being able to have 24 access with the swipe of your card at the door.

Overall, I would rate Hampstead Health and Fitness a 4 out of 5, mainly due to being able to go whenever I want. All I have to do is swipe my card at the door to unlock it. If you are looking for a gym or a new gym I would recommend coming here to try it out for a day. I guarantee you will see some friendly faces that you know here.
