Does your family decorate for the fall or Halloween? They should! Some families love getting in the fall mode by decorating their house or front yard with decorations. I think it’s a good way to get in the festive mood. Decorating gets you in the mood and brings everyone’s hopes up. I think everyone should decorate their house in some way. 

In 2020 the average household spent 60 dollars on fall decorations. I think that is very doable for most families. If you spend $60 on decorations you can reuse most of them for years to come. 

My mom decorates for every season and holiday. For the fall she puts scarecrows and pumpkins out in the front yard. In the house she likes to do Halloween as a theme. She decorates by using skeletons, pumpkins, grave tombstones, and many more things. Also, she likes using apple cider and pumpkin scented candles around the house.  

I think families decorating for the holidays put them in a better mood each day. I don’t want to speak for everyone but I like waking up with the scent of apple cider around the house, way more than just waking up normally. I couldn’t imagine living in a house that doesn’t decorate for the seasons or holidays. My little brother likes to help my mom put up all the decorations around the house and outside. 

I think the environment that you grew up in plays a huge role on if you are going to decorate or not. Like if your grandparents decorated their house for your parents when they were younger, your parents are more adept at decorating the house I feel. 

I don’t know why people wouldn’t decorate for the fall they’re so many creative ways to decorate. You could decorate your front yard like a graveyard, or with scarecrows , and pumpkins. I think everyone in their life has carved a pumpkin and lit it up and put it outside. I don’t think I know one person who hasn’t carved pumpkins before, and if you haven’t I feel bad for you. You missed out.  

People should take more pride in decorating their house, It honestly never looks bad and if you don’t decorate you just look super lame. The least you can do is put a pumpkin out. Who doesn’t like fall, It has the best weather, apple picking, apple cider and many more things.

Decorating for the fall obviously isn’t as good as decorating for Christmas. But I think it comes in at a close second. Don’t be lame decorate your house.
